Attorney Amos has worked in public service for almost 30 years. She has worked for the Houston Police Department, the U.S. Postal Service, and with the State of Texas as an Investigator for Children's Protective Services. Her dedication to service prompted her to open her own Family Law practice.
Attorney Amos graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology (minor in Values, Law and Policy). She is also an honors graduate of Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She received her 40-hour Basic Mediation certification, as well as her 30-hour Advanced Family Mediation certification, from the University of Houston Law Center in compliance with Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Section 154.052 (a) and (b). She is a Credentialed Mediator with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, a member of the Texas Association of Mediators, and she is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas.
Attorney Amos and her husband share a blended family of five children. Her passion for her own family contributes to her dedication as a family law attorney. She has a personal and professional ability to be fair and impartial, while advocating for the welfare of her clients.
