Attorney Amos has worked in public service for 30 years at the Houston Police Department, the U.S. Postal Service, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Harris County Attorney's Office, and with the State of Texas as an Investigator for Children's Protective Services. Her dedication to public service prompted her to open her own Family Law firm. Although it is a private practice, her goal is to continue to serve as a public servant, providing her clients with excellent customer care.
Attorney Amos graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology (minor in Values, Law, and Policy). She is also an honors graduate of Texas Southern University's Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She received her 40-hour Basic Mediation certification, as well as her 30-hour Advanced Family Mediation certification, from the University of Houston Law Center in compliance with Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code Section 154.052 (a) and (b). She is a Credentialed Mediator with the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association, a member of the Texas Association of Mediators, and she is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas.
Attorney Amos and her husband share a blended family of five children. Her compassion for her own family contributes to her dedication as a family law attorney. She has a personal and professional ability to be fair and impartial while advocating for the welfare of her clients.
Attorney Amos practices primarily in Family Law, Juvenile Defense, and she is a Certified Mediator. She is also a Title Attorney for Valero Title.
Attorney Pharms attended Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice with a minor in Public Affairs. She began her professional career working in the Juvenile Justice system advocating for at-risk youth.
Realizing her passion to help those who could not help themselves and her passion to learn more about the legal system, she went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, which makes her a complete TSU Tiger! While attending law school, Attorney Pharms worked in both the Harris County Attorney's Office (Child Protective Services Division) and at the Harris County Public Defender's Office, helping her obtain the necessary skills and an inside view on how the system can work for our clients.

Ronnisha "Ronni" Bowman, a proud native Houstonian, is a former Judge of Harris County Criminal Court at Law Number 2.
Attorney Bowman developed a commitment to public service through the selfless examples of her parents and their determination to improve the lives of their two children. Her father, Ronnie, Sr, served in the United States Army, and her mother, Erica, managed a career in the healthcare industry while raising Ronni and her older brother, Ronnie, Jr in Houston’s south side.
Attorney Bowman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from Texas Southern University. She is also a proud graduate of TSU's Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Ronni is most proud to be the mother of her three boys.

Attorney Shawn Ticer obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Springfield College, Magna Cum Laude. He graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law with honors.
He began his professional career working with and advocating for teen fathers. He served as a Probation and Parole Agent for the State of Wisconsin. Attorney Ticer worked as a supervisor of a Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) Unit and as a Court Liaison Officer for Harris County Adult Probation. While in law school, Attorney Ticer worked as a Legal Aid for a prominent criminal defense attorney in Houston, Texas.
Attorney Ticer is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association (HBA), and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA).
Attorney Ticer practices primarily criminal defense.
Ms. Duncan graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Human Services. She began her professional career working for Oklahoma Child Support Services as a Child Support Specialist and held a position as a Probation Officer for Oklahoma County Juvenile Bureau.
Contessa has a passion to serve and advocate for her community. She believes that everyone is entitled to be informed about their legal rights and has made it her mission to provide guidance to get the desired outcome. Contessa received her Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern University – Thurgood Marshall School of Law. While in law school she interned at the Harris County District Attorney's Office (Juvenile Division) and the Office of Attorney General (Child Support Division).
Ms. Duncan assists clients with Probate and Family Law issues.
Kendrick is a native of Saint Francisville, Louisiana. Kendrick earned his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 2004. After graduating, he moved to Houston, Texas, where he worked as a Human Resources Professional for over 10 years.
Then in 2020, Kendrick graduated from the Barbara Jordan School of Public Policy and Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University, with a Master of Public Administration and a Juris Doctor, respectively.
His focus is personal injury, family law, and employment law. Before coming to our firm, he was an Associate at D. Charles and Associates and he clerked for the Hon. Dawn Rogers in the 334th Civil District Court of Harris County, Texas. During his clerkship, he managed a docket of over 150 civil cases, drafted orders and judgments on a diverse array of legal issues, and assisted Judge Rogers with all aspects of trial.
Mr. Mitchell assists clients with Personal Injury, Family Law, and Employment Law cases.
Ms. Lucky is new to our team, but she brings fresh energy and years of customer service experience. Ms. Carmouche is new to the team and serves as a legal intern. Her role consists of assisting attorneys in organizing legal documents, gathering case information, and helping to prepare for trials and hearings. Aside from her enthusiastic and friendly personality, Jayla is a hard-working Senior at Houston Christian University where her educational focus has been Legal Studies. She has fallen in love with understanding the why behind the what. Her goal is to go to law school and become a corporate attorney. Jayla cares deeply about our clients and is happy to assist you.
Alexus Salinas is the Escrow Assistant for our Fee Attorney Office with Valero Title. Although she has only been in the title industry for a couple of years, she has fallen in love with the Real Estate industry.
