Kesha L. Amos, Esq.
Kesha L. Amos is an experienced Pearland, Texas attorney with over 30 years of public service, dedicated to advocating for individuals and families with compassion, integrity, and excellence. As the founder of The Law Office of Kesha L. Amos, PLLC, she provides trusted legal representation in family law, probate, and personal injury matters across Texas.
Before establishing her firm, Attorney Amos served in several respected institutions, including the Houston Police Department, the U.S. Postal Service, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Harris County Attorney’s Office, and the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (CPS). Her extensive background in public service shapes her client-centered approach and commitment to achieving meaningful results.
Attorney Amos focuses primarily on family law, handling matters such as divorce, child custody, and child support, while also assisting clients with probate and estate-related matters. She is known for providing clear legal guidance, strategic advocacy, and compassionate representation during some of life’s most challenging transitions.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology, graduating with honors from the University of Houston, where she also completed a minor in Values, Law, and Policy. She later graduated with honors from Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. Attorney Amos is also a trained mediator, having completed both 40-hour Basic Mediation and 30-hour Advanced Family Mediation certifications through the University of Houston Law Center in accordance with Texas law.
Outside of her practice, Attorney Amos is a proud wife, mother in a blended family of five children, and grandmother. Her personal experiences inform her empathetic and balanced approach to advocacy, allowing her to connect with clients on a deeper level while delivering strong, results-driven representation.

Désireé Cormier is an experienced paralegal at The Law Office of Kesha L. Amos, PLLC, supporting clients in family law and personal injury matters across Texas. She began her legal career in Austin, Texas, where she developed a strong foundation in legal drafting, case management, and client support.
She holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Texas at San Antonio and brings a high level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail to every case she handles.
Désireé’s experience includes legal drafting, client communication, legal research, discovery, mediation and arbitration support, and preparation for hearings and trial. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division, where she continues to expand her knowledge and stay connected within the legal community.
Known for her attentiveness and empathy, Désireé ensures that every client feels heard, informed, and supported throughout the legal process. She is committed to delivering high-quality work and providing each client with an exceptional experience.

Kristian L. Lucky
Kristian is the Intake Specialist at The Law Office of Kesha L. Amos, PLLC, serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking assistance with family law, probate, and personal injury matters across Texas. She brings a strong background in customer service and a client-focused approach to every interaction.
In her role, Kristian is responsible for screening new client inquiries, scheduling consultations, and coordinating key appointments, including mediations and meetings. She helps ensure that each client’s onboarding experience is smooth, efficient, and informative from the very beginning.
Kristian also plays an important role in maintaining communication with clients by providing timely updates and assisting with general case-related questions. Known for her friendly and welcoming demeanor, she helps create a positive and supportive experience for every client.
